Alex Stewart, DPM

Alex Stewart, DPM, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in foot and ankle trauma, diabetic care, reconstructive surgery, and sports medicine. He serves patients at Advanced Foot and Ankle Specialists of Arizona in Chandler, Arizona. 

Dr. Stewart has been in private practice in Arizona for the past ten years. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He then completed his residency at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Department of Orthopedics.

For the past ten years, Dr. Stewart has also helped train up-and-coming podiatrists through his involvement at the Carl T. Hayden VAMC Surgical Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Stewart has volunteered at various local events in his spare time, including the PGA Tours Texas Valero Open, Phoenix Rock-n-Roll Marathon, and the Arizona Iron Man. A sports enthusiast, Dr. Stewart is a former collegiate baseball player and an avid golfer. His athletic background allows him to relate to athletes of any age and performance level.

Dr. Stewart accepts new patients and is available for 24/7 emergency care for sports injuries and trauma.
